Welcome to the bread family! Our approach is classical and fun. No shortcuts and no additives can be found in our products. We mill our own organic flour in-house & bake everything daily in Key Biscayne.
Flour and Weirdoughs represents family, community and inclusivity. Our “weirdough" team is made up of people with different backgrounds that share a common love for all things bread.
With a combined culinary experience of more than 30 years, Carlos Flours and Renata Weirdough started this project because everyone should have access to wholesome, well-crafted flour and bread.
"Bringing Bread Back” is all about making bread as it was originally conceived. This means milling fresh flour blends everyday from organic grains and using our mother dough in all our breads.
The result is a very approachable loaf, full of flavor, higher nutritional value that digests easily. Commercial bread is made with dough conditioners, additives and chemicals. It makes you bloated, tired and has little nutritional value.
